With over 15 years of experience in construction management and development, Mufaddal has built a reputation for leading teams that turn vision into reality—on time and at scale.

Before launching Sincere Developers & Builders in 2017, Mufaddal honed his expertise as a Construction Manager at Malek Ventures and On The Road, where he oversaw complex commercial projects from concept to completion. His hands-on leadership and deep industry knowledge laid the foundation for Sincere’s success as a trusted partner in retail, office, and mixed-use developments across Texas and beyond.

A graduate of Rutgers University–New Brunswick, where he earned his degree in Business Administration and Management, Mufaddal brings both strategic insight and operational excellence to every project.
