As Director of Construction at Sincere Developers and Builders, Jason oversees project execution from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring each build is delivered with precision, accountability, and long-term performance in mind.

Jason’s background spans senior project management, engineering management, and executive leadership, including roles with nationally recognized firms and as President of his own construction company. Throughout his career, he has managed large, multi-disciplinary teams, coordinated closely with owners, architects, and engineers, and led projects through every phase of the construction lifecycle — from feasibility and estimating to scheduling, budgeting, safety compliance, and quality control.

Known for his calm leadership style and attention to detail, Jason excels at aligning technical teams with client objectives, proactively solving challenges, and maintaining schedule and budget certainty. His experience across design-build, tenant improvement, renovation, and large-scale commercial projects allows him to bring a holistic, practical perspective to every assignment.
